First Aid Kit Review

I like the size of this kit. It's good for those on the go because it takes up little to no space and has the essentials inside. This also came in handy when I needed to demo to my CPR class.

Artisan Soap Review

I have received a few free samples for review, of Artisan Soap from an awesome company called Dazzle Beauty Store. The samples I received are a nice size and is made mostly of Shea butter. It smells of pure Shea butter and when I first held it in my hands it began to melt a little just as a bar of pure Shea butter would.

 After showering with it I was pleasantly surprised that my skin was soft and not at all dry. Usually I cannot wait to apply moisturizer but my skin was subtle without any greasy feeling.

This arrived nicely packaged. I use my socks for workout to reduce swelling and after workout to compress my sore legs. I know some recommend it for traveling in an airplane to prevent blood clot.

Have you ever tried essential oils?

I love them. I have a full growing collection. It all began back in my first yoga class. The instructor had us laying on our backs relaxing and thinking a our intentions for the day. She then came around and adjusted our bodies in a more relaxed position with our eyes closed. I could hear her rubbing her hands together but not sure what was going on. Once she was hoovering over me I remember being adjusted then quickly after came the rubbing hands sound and this amazing aroma took over. I was now a deep relaxing trance of citrus and mint. It was one of the most uplifting sensations ever and since then I was hooked.

I was kindly gifted a discounted price of a tea tree essential oil from a company called Majestic Pure Oils. I was very happy to receive this bottle nicely packaged and it arrived quickly through Amazon Prime. If you are looking to invest in essential oils I highly recommend it. Do your research and you will be surprised at how many products you already use will be replaced by the oils.

I received the Glam Vox Box from Influenster complimentary to try awesome products. Two products in particular are the Gillette Venus Swirl and the Cutex One-Step Pads.

I always use Gillette Venus razors so I was excited to see it in the box. However, this is not your ordinary razor it actually swirls. It can pivot and turn which my other razor cannot due. I as a novice Gillette Venus user I love my new Swirl. Thanks Influenster! I highly recommend giving the razor a try.

The Cutex One-Step Pads are super convenient. They are great for travel because you get 3 in a pack. One pad can wipe away all of the polish for 10 nails. It cannot get any better than knowing when you travel you wont be spilling acetone all over your clothes.

Avant-garde makes a great runway show but is least likely to be as successful on the streets unless you are Lady Gaga. The stand out piece is definitely the wide over-sized white hip belt. Another eye-opener is the large broach like zipper purse on the lapel. The collection encompasses loathes of unconventional statement pieces that are artistic and uncompromising. Futuristic and clean should always be synonymous and in this case it is.

A field of green and night under the twinkling stars is as poetic as this collection. Sequins are more pronounced including menswear sequin pants. Outwear and basics under layers are wearable and not surprising for a Burberry which is known for accessible day to night. The flared high waters are prevalent along with a wide strap hand bags to give a 90s vibe.

Early on we are tease with a soft black and floral to butterfly printed fabrics. The cut out black and floral dress meticulously cut out the shoulder and decolletage makes it very sexy. The wearable evening collection is ladylike including soft pink, black, red, and white. The subtle sequin accents are injected with metal tones like gold, silver, gunmetal, etc. Alexander McQueen AW 16/17 is seductive without over exposure but still daring.

The constant flow of a dark out layer over geometrical pops of color in the autumn family. The mixture of prints and solids are purposefully guided to avoid matching. The luxuriously tailored outerwear ranges from peacoats to heavy velvet or fur. Over the shoulder messenger hand bags make their arrival along with bold chunky gunmetal inspired necklaces. The other accessories included a Jackie O inspired gloves, head pieces, and sheer dark colored leggings under skirts. Even with the tiny embellishments of sequin Prada found a way to mix in another narrative of modern grunge.

Commencing with a white trench coat and puffed shoulders sets the stage for a late 70s glamour full of jewel tones and platforms. The playful head pieces and hats contrast well with the matching two-piece suits. Both of the stand out wow pieces are done in red. First, the red on red fur coat and matching red two-piece suit. Then, the black sheer with red sequin dress with black retro shades and a black hat. The flow of sequin dresses with sheer cutaways are very youthful which can be complex because without it one cannot think of anything else but grandma in her Sunday finest.
